the Lab88.com Affiliate Program Works
The Lab88.com
Affiliate Program provides you with the opportunity to place Lab88.com
links on your site. We offer a wide variety of links, including text links,
individual product links and web banners. When a visitor to your site
clicks on one of our links, the visitor is cookied to the activity of
the user and record any purchases made during that session. You receive
a 30% commission fee for a complete transaction of a purchase immediately
upon approval and you will be paid monthly when commissions earned are
greater than or equal to $25. The revenue your site generates will determine
the amount of commission you earn. Based on the merchandise category,
you can earn up to 30% per sale (i.e. purchases less returns and price
adjustments) that you refer to Lab88.com. Since your commissions
are reduced for any returns, we may withhold your final payment for a
reasonable time to ensure that the correct amount is paid.

Enrollment
In The Affiliate Program
We will evaluate your application in good faith and will notify you by
email if your site has been accepted or rejected. We may reject your application
if we determine that your site is unsuitable for the Lab88.com Affiliate
Program. If you have more than one web site you'd like to affiliate with
Lab88.com, you must complete an application for each Web site.
At times, a web site
might be rejected from the Lab88.com Affiliate Program because:
a. Web site is not operational
b. Web site not yet live
c. Web site contains sexually explicit materials
d. Web site promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality,
disability, sexual orientation, or age
e. Promotes illegal activities
f. Web site gives commission rebates to consumers
g. Free web sites such as GeoCities, Tripod, Blogger, etc …
h. “Coupon” web site
i. Require a log in to use the web site
j. Do not generate sufficient traffic

Much Does It Cost To Become An Affiliate?
No, it is absolutely free to become a Lab88.com Affiliate. There
is no charge to apply, no recurring fees, and no minimum sales requirement.
Also, most affiliates find that getting started requires little effort.

Have A Web Site Outside The United States, Can I Be An Affiliate?
Yes. We welcome Affiliates from anywhere in the world, but all commission
payments to Affiliates are in U.S. dollars.

Don't Have A Web Site. Can I Still Apply?
Unfortunately, no. In order for us to accept you as an Affiliate, we must
be able to view your web site. We will be glad to receive your application
once your site is live.

Do I Sign Up?
Click on the Join Now link and complete our affiliate application. You
must agree to the terms of the agreement and click submit. Once we have
received your completed application, we will contact you via email with
easy-to-follow information on how to get started with creating links on
your site.

Are My Responsibilities As An Affiliate?
As a Lab88.com affiliate, it’s your responsibility to follow
the guidelines of the Lab88.com affiliate agreement to avoid termination
from the SiteName.com affiliate program.

Are Lab88.com's Responsibilities?
We will provide you with the tools and support you need to generate sales
through your site. We track your net sales, calculate commissions and
mail the checks each month. We also handle orders, shipping, billing,
and customer support for all sales you refer to us.

Do I Get Paid?
You will get paid by check once you break a threshold of $25 in commissionable
sales per month. If you joined our Affiliate Program via clickXchange,
your payment will be rolled into the clickXchange monthly check.

Do You Know The Order Came From My Website?
Your sale is tracked by in-house software. Whenever a user clicks on a
Lab88.com link from your affiliate site, it contains a unique code/ID
that tracks the sale. When a user completes a transaction all of this
information is passed back to Lab88.com and your commission is calculated.

Operate More Than One Web Site. Can You Track Them Separately, But Pay
Me With One Check?
Yes. At your option, you can have multiple sites under one Affiliate account.
You can create links and generate reports specifically for each site,
but you will receive one commission check for all of your sites.
