Help!
I’ve
already broken my New Year’s Resolution, but I want to give
it one more chance. What can I do? This was the year that I was
going to lose 25 pounds. Any recommendations?

Mary,
It’s never too late to pick up those resolutions. This is
the time when most people give their diet another shot. Sometimes
it works, and sometimes you need a little help. I would recommend
a simple four step plan. |

1:
Eat less: I take Lab88's Hoodia 750 a half hour before
meal time. When I sit down to eat I am not as hungry, so I take
in fewer calories.
2:
Block Carbs: Carbohydrates burn slower than proteins, so
they are harder to burn off. By taking a Carbo Delete I help my
body by blocking the carbs I eat making weight loss easier.
3: Cleanse your system: Empty your body of toxin
buildup. After the first two days of this plan, flush your body
clean of toxins with Lab88’s Detoxifier. Impurities in your
body slow the weight loss and give your body and face a dull, grey
patina. By detoxifying, I feel I am starting fresh and have a better
chance of achieving my weight goals. I take the detox product every
other day.
4: Exercise: Weight loss is a simple formula, burn
more calories than you eat. One really new product is the Label
Red: Bullet Speed Energizer. I take it every morning to give me
that early morning boost I need without drinking high calorie energy
drinks, and I take one before I work out and it helps me
get the most out of each session. I wish you luck and let me know
how you’re doing.
