HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
When you click on an Order link for a product, you will be taken to a secure server where you will submit some personal information, i.e. billing and shipping addresses. Once you complete the questionnaire, you will submit your order for processing. You will then see a confirmation page.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I SUBMIT MY ORDER?
Our order fulfillment staff will review the information you have submitted and package your order. Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process and ship. All orders are sent out via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx 2 Day Air, or Fed Ex Standard Overnight Delivery. You will be able to track your order and you will not be required to sign for your package if you are not available at the time of delivery unless you choose the FedEx options.

All information we collect (i.e. e-mail address, credit card numbers) is used only to fulfill our customer orders. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. We do not share any of your information with any other third parties. Our on-line ordering system uses the latest in Secure Encryption Technology. All personal and credit card information is submitted with the highest level of security and precautions. WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES AND POLICIES?
Once your order is approved, it will be forwarded to our shipping department for fulfillment. Once your order has been processed, it will be filled and shipped within one to three business days. We will only notify you if there is a problem with your order.
Customers residing in the United States may choose from three shipping options; USPS Priority Mail, FedEx 2Day, and FedEx Standard Overnight. Orders sent via USPS Priority Mail cost $9.95 for Shipping and Handling and are delivered within 3-5 business days. Orders sent via FedEx 2Day cost $19.99 for Shipping and Handling and are delivered within 2 business days. FedEx Standard Overnight costs $29.99 and will be delivered the next Business Day.
An adult signature is not required at time of delivery for USPS Priority packages; FedEx Packages will require an adult signature. Orders that are to be shipped out via FedEx must be entered by 12:00 PM (EST). Any orders placed after 12:00 (EST) may be shipped out the next business day.
There is a $15 charge for address changes once the order has been processed.

We are able to ship P.O. BOXES through USPS Priority Mail. We cannot send orders via FedEx to a PO Box.

CAN YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?
Orders sent outside of the United States cost $39.99 (and up depending on weight) and are generally delivered within 14-30 business days via FedEx International Priority Delivery. Because of the rising fuel costs and increased security requirements on packages, there is an additional International Processing Fee (amount varies on the country). Any orders shipped outside the United States must be placed on the International Order Page. In the event that you place an international order on the Domestic Orders page, we reserve the right to bill your credit card the difference in shipping costs. This fee does not apply to orders shipped within the United States. All prices are in US Dollars.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS / DUTIES FEES:
There are times that items are held by customs and there is an associated customs fee. We have no control over your countr’’s mailing policies, and can not take responsibility for any fee that may be attached to your package. Your shipping fee is only to cover the International Shipping and Handling costs. You may wish to check with your local post office before placing an order. If your order is held by customs and it is returned to us, we will provide a full refund minus shipping and handling.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY?
We are unable to refund or exchange any open bottles or packages. All unopened products may be exchanged utilizing our 30 Day Multi-Bottle Guarantee (see below) Once the order process has begun, there may be a cancellation fee charged due to fees incurred from the credit card merchant account, product warehouse, shipping courier and/or distribution center. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us before placing your order.
Please note: We will never refund the cost of a product if the customer refuses a package upon delivery. There is a $15.00 fee for any order cancelled prior to shipment from our distribution center. All opened bottles will be immediately discarded by the return center.

All bottles that are not opened will be accepted for exchanges only. Unopened bottles returned more than thirty days from the original purchase date are not covered under this policy. WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR THE RECURRENT BILLING PLAN?
Just place an order under the Recurrent Billing Plan for an incredible savings! By joining the Recurrent Billing Program, you are authorizing us to place an order for you every 24 days, so you will have your package in time for the next month. A confirmation of the order will be sent to the e-mail account that you provided. You may cancel anytime after your second order is received. Cancellation prior to that time will result in an Early Termination fee. No returns or refunds will be accepted if the recurrent order was not cancelled prior to our sending the next package.
Please Note: The Early Termination fee will be the difference between the price of the item that is under the Recurrent Billing plan and the price of a Single Bottle order.

We’ll bill the same credit card information you have used for this transaction for the amount of $99.99 (plus $14.95 for shipping and handling) every 3 months and send 3 bottles to you to help save on shipping charges. You are not obligated to purchase after you receive your free sample and you can cancel anytime within the seven day trial period. If you would like to cancel your membership, simply follow the cancellation instructions below. No commitments, no hassles, you can cancel at anytime. WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS
To pay by Credit/Debit Card:

The system will take you to the Billing page for U.S. orders. If you want to place an International order, click on the "click here" link and you will be taken to the International Billing Page.
