In a 3 year study published by Kaiser’s California Institute, Dr Chun Chao studied Kaiser Members between the ages of 45 – 69, revealing some spectacular results. Dr Chao studied 210 cases of lung cancer patients and identified red wine as being able to lower the chances of experiencing lung cancer. Resveratrol supplements in particular retarded the incidence of lung cancer cells apoptosis (programmed cell death).

What is resveratrol?

A University of Alabama research study found that mice being fed resveratrol had a lower development of prostate cancer by 87%, in addition to a slowing of the cancer’s progression.
