Making Lazy Sunday Not So Lazy

Sunday is a great day for working out. Ideally, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday would also be great days for working out, but life tends to get in the way more during the work week.

The problem is, due to fewer time constraints, Sunday has become synonymous with "vegging out." You had a tough week! It's time to relaaaax.

And then, Sunday night, you hit the sack feeling totally bummy. You could've spared a mere 30 minutes on a brisk walk, right?

Here are some tips that may make your "Lazy Day" into something a bit more active:

1) Get into gear in the morning. Fitness clothes and sneakers, on - even if you plan on working out in the late afternoon. The less steps between you and the workout, the more likely you are to just do it.
2) Eat a good breakfast. It's easy to nosh all Sunday long, and it's easy to use that as an excuse for delaying exercise. ("But I just ate. I'm going to cramp up!) So: eat a good, filling breakfast, with protein and complex carbs and what-have-you, and simply digest for the next few hours.
3) Sip a coffee. Close to when you want to exercise, have some caffeine. It might be the small boost you need to feel excited about your work out, instead of weak at the thought of it. Plus, studies have shown that caffeine can significantly improve endurance.
4) Try a diet pill. Seeing the fruits of your labor in a shorter time frame will motivate you to continue with your workout plan, and losing weight will give you more energy to that end.
Some diet pills can make you feel really funky and get you all jittery though, so best to find ones that are reliable and safe. Lab88 offers some of the best appetite pills on the market, that effectively boost the metabolism, curb cravings, and improve weight loss.

So there it is. Go for it.
