Just this fall, Tina Parker attended her sister's wedding wearing a body-clinging cocktail dress. "It was the first time in over 5 years that I had the guts to be in public in a tight fitting evening dress-I felt so sexy and confident," says the 34-year-old Long Islander in New York State.

Throughout high school and college, Tina was a size 4, at 120 lbs. "I ate fast food, but I was always active doing something," she explains. Then after college she got a job as a human resources specialist and couldn't fit exercise into her routine. "My eating got worse too, with constant pizza, cheeseburgers, fries and regular coke" she explained. And she quickly mushroomed up 65 lbs and put on a noticeable large belly in just two years. Her diet became a huge junk-food fest. And while she joined a gym, she never went. By the time she was 26, she weighed 185 pounds.

Last year, while watching a family video from a not too distant family reunion, Tina couldn't believe that "I was as big as a house" in the video. She was shocked and horrified at her transformation to a woman she did not immediately recognize on tape. All she kept thinking was that it was so true what they say, you don't look skinny on TV and she rather looked bigger than she could ever imagine. That was the straw that broke the camel's back. And with her renewed invigorated passion to get back her figure she started to faithfully exercise every other day coupled with Metabo-Speed XXXTM. "With Metabo-Speed I lost 30 lbs. in 3 months.
