WHITE FREE DIET FOR COLON HEALTH

Thursday, November 25, 2010 by Jennifer Hughs

Our bodies just were not made to handle all the processed foods American’s tend to eat. If you want to ensure your colon health and have a healthier digestive system overall you need to eliminate the white stuff, meaning:

  • White sugar
  • White flour
  • White rice
  • White bread
  • White pasta

Bottom line is most processed foods just are not healthy. This includes junk food, excessive caffeine and alcohol, and soft drinks.  Specifically:

  • Canned foods – sodium heavy
  • Packaged snack foods – high calorie
  • Convenience foods – high in fat
  • Frozen dinners and entrees
  • Packaged cakes & cookies
  • Packaged meal mixes
  • Breakfast cereals – high in sugar
  • Processed meats - hot dogs, bologna, sausage, ham and packaged lunch meats.

Watch out for gross ingredients in your packaged and processed foods.  Often they are camouflaged with chemical names but if you realized their true identity you would want to become a vegan. They include:

  • Chemical fertilizers – often with names like ammonium sulfate. Inside many brands of bread, including Subway’s.
  • Anal Beaver Glands used to improve the flavor of raspberry candies and sweets.
  • Beef Fat – used in virtually all Hostess foods and snacks
  • Red Food coloring made from crushed bugs – labeled as carmine or carminic acid.
  • Beetle juice or female lac beetle – used to add sparkle to sprinkles and candies.  Also conveniently used in wood varnish.
  • Sheep secretions labeled as lanolin used in gum base for chewing gum.
  • Human Hair and Duck feathers – often used in bread but called L-cysteine or cystine.
  • Coal Tar – used in red food coloring #199 also called Allura Red AC
  • Calf Stomach often used in cheeses but called rennet
  • Sand labeled as silicon dioxide and found in Wendy’s  chili

It is no wonder Americans are plagued with stomach problems and suffer from poor colon health.  In addition to adopting a healthier diet including unprocessed foods you may want to consider a colon cleanser like Co-Clean to flush away the impurities and toxins accumulating in your digestive system.

It’s important that you add as much natural unprocessed food and fiber to your diet as possible.  Think lots of greens and brown foods like vegetables, and multi-grains. The less prepared and processed the better it is for your overall health, your colon and weight loss.

Using an herbal colon cleanser like Co-Clean will also improve colon health by promoting increased energy, improved concentration, clearer sinuses, clearer skin and weight loss as the backed up toxins are purged from the digestive system.

Diet and Colon Cleansing will result in an overall improved sense of health and well-being, increased energy levels, clearer skin, improved productivity of your digestive system, improved concentration, better absorption of vitamins and minerals and especially weight loss.
